作品の購入方法についてまとめました。

Q1)作品を購入したいのですが、どうしたらよいですか？
A1)販売は不定期となっております。BASEで販売いたします。

販売１日前までに、SNSでお知らせします。
また、不定期で販売会に参加する場合がございます。
SNSでイベントスケジュールについてお知らせするので、
そちらをチェックしてください。
Q2)売り切れたものに欲しい商品があるので、作って欲しいのですが、オーダーは可能ですか？
A2)申し訳ございません。
販売予定時以外に、個別対応することは一切できません。
多数のお問い合わせをいただいており、一つ一つにご回答するのが難しい状況です。
誠に心苦しいですが、
再販に対するお問い合わせについて、お返事できない場合があることをご了承ください。
Q3)ペットやイラストなどをモデルとして、オーダーメイドの作品を作って欲しい
A3)恐れ入りますが、そのようなサービスを現在は行なっていません。
Q4)指定にはない金具に変更してほしい。色やデザインを一部変更してほしい。（ブローチをピアスにしてほしいなど）
A4恐れ入りますが、作品により適切な金具を厳選しております。
デザインが合わないと感じるものをお作りすることはできません。
Q5)〇〇を作って欲しい！
A5)リクエストとして、参考にさせていただきますが、必ずしもすぐに対応できるわけではございません。
Q6)小売店をしており、商品を取り扱いたい。イベントに参加してほしい。委託のお誘い その他
A6)一人で活動しているため、生産数に限りがあります。
委託・小売に参加する余裕がありませんので、当分の間、お誘いはお断りさせていただきます。
すべてのお誘いにお返事ができない場合がございます。

Q2) There is an item I want that is sold out and I would like you to make it for me, can I place an order?
A2) We are sorry.
We are unable to respond to individual orders at all, except when the item is scheduled to be sold.
We have received numerous inquiries, and it is difficult to respond to each one.
Therefore, we may not be able to respond to each inquiry.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you would refrain from inquiring about resale.
We believe that one of the advantages of handmade products is their scarcity.
Please understand that it is possible that you may not be able to purchase what you want to purchase.
Q3) I would like to have a custom-made work of art made using my pet or illustration as a model.
A3)We are sorry, but we do not offer such a service at this time.
Q4)I want you to change the metal fittings to something that is not specified. I would like to have a part of the color or design changed.
(e.g., a brooch should be made into earrings).
A4)We are sorry, but we carefully select appropriate metal fittings depending on the work.
We are unable to make pieces that we feel are too large to be used as earrings or that do not fit the design.

A5) We will refer to this as a request, but we are not necessarily able to respond immediately.
6)I have a retail store and want to handle products.
A6)There is a limit to how many I can make. They are very rare.
I can't produce them like a factory, so for the time being I will only sell them in my online store.
I may not be able to reply to your messages of invitation.
